I am Ca final(old) Student. i will be completing my Articleship on 31.08.2010.
My 2 yrs training completed on 31.08.2009.I want to Take a transfer from my Firm immedieatly since my mother health is not good. I am doing articleship in hyderabad. My mother residing in a city far away about 500Kms. I wanted to do my remaining period of articleship in the city where my mother is residing. Inst. has now allowed a single time transfer to the students.Can i take transfer on this ground.altough i am in the last year of Articlehip.Kindly help me with the rules about transfer of article. Its really urgent.

you can put this ground in the application. This is a genuine ground for the transfer. i think inst. will regards as a valid ground.!!!!
Yes My Fren tum transfer k liye apply kar sakte ho. Tumahre pass dusra ground ye hai k u r taking Transfer abv 50 Kms that is also Valid..
So better try as early as possible bec Transfer process takes loads of time some times Months so decide Fast & Move to ur City...

as per genuine reason decided by insttitute ur reason can not come in that catagory. So not possible. When Uttamji is in the chair it can not be possible. Sorry on behalf of our great icai
