what are the recent provision regarding articleship transfer,for a article assistant who have not taken any transfer previously,in addition to industrial training.........? IF ANY ONE CAN HELP IN THIS REGARD AS IM IN CONFUSION NOW.SO KINDLY SUGGEST ME SOME WAY.......

I've been informed that the Institute is usually lenient in the case of your first transfer. If your new firm is located atleast 50 kms away from your current city, then your transfer is pretty much assured.
Else, you'll need to state some kind of a hardship as an excuse, along with the transfer forms. The Institute will generally give you the benefit of doubt.
