transfer of articleship

Great news but exploitation by the employer cannot be proved as a reason to take transfer, bcos the C.A. who exploits will not leave u freely to enjoy the life u have to prove that he is torturing u and if it is proved then u can get transfer and if not u have to work under him n he will torture  u more.

  The new rules of transfer looks like a joke to me. Any way from where did u got this information

Mr Jimmit can u give the source from where u got the information. Can u give in details  all the conditions related to transfer i mean to say what is the 40 to 50 kms, on what  medical conditions, what kind of exploitation by the employer

neway do u know abt the soft norms to be introduced by ICAI. we all are hearing about this frm last one week. But we are unable to find out the sollution. In my case I have submitted 109 as per old terms on 28/04/2009. n i hv joined new CA, it is out of town, just next day after transfer and also submitted the form 103 in the required time. Now what should i do to execute my transfer??? can u plz guide me in this. thanx in advace.

Any way sunil, you have submitted 109 before 30/4/2009. it is fine as per the rules.  pls wait 4 d letter from the institute. even if you have submitted the 103 after 30/4/2009 i think it is ok because you have registered outside the town. But pls confirm the same with the institute letter which you would be receiving. all the best sunil.

OH, is it, i am sorry then, you have to clarify it with the institute the ground of rejection inspite of  submitting the transfer forms within the due date. there would be a specific reason for sure. Even i have no idea abt the soft norms. could be a rumour. but students would be releived if it gets enforced.
