I am doing my articleship in a small firm .Now i have got an offer from one of the Big4.My principal( partner of the firm) under whom i am registered is denying me transfer. Kindly help me out. what steps can be taken with of the ICAI? can anyone me provide email id of president of icai ? I want ICAI to come out clear on guidelines regarding transfer of articleship ?

Hey! You Make Take As Much transfer As You Want . There is No Any Restriction Over It . But You Will Have to be File A Complaint Against your Principal In ICAI In Written
