I want to take transfer from the firm where I'm currently an article assistant . I have completed 5 mths of articleship. Is it necessary to take prior permission from ICAI regarding the same and then only form 109 can be submitted?
Please tell me the whole procedure regarding the same.

Hi Shivani there is no such requirement in first year of article ship as per ICAI norms u can take tfr in first year without any reason.
