i am planning for my transfer to big4 for better prospects .Can my prinicipal reject my transfer? wha steps can me taken with the help of ICAI if my principal denies such transfer. Transfer is my funamental right bcoz i have neither signed a bond with my prinicipal.Atricleship deed is like a mutual agreement.However , any way ICAI provides for maximum 3 transfer .IS articleship like a job ?where U can live UR job when U feel that U R not getting right opportunity for growth & u R also not getting right kind of exposure.
