TRANSFER OF ARTICLESHIP

 There are 2 cases in which transfer takes place

1> Mutual Agreement

2> Death of Employer

You have not mentioned the reason why you are taking the transfer if you are able to tell me that I can give you Definate solution on this problem

I think sameer is right. You have to give valid reason for transfer.

e.g. office is to far from my home etc. 

buddy just stick to him....and run after his life for transfer with reasons like.. "My father getting transferrd...." and all kind of excuses..

I hav completed my 15 months of articleship under a partner of a firm and i am now eligible to appear in May 09 exams. Now if i take transfer from the said firm will i have to get registered under someone else to appear in my exams.

Yes for appearing in exams you should be in working status.Get registered before exams.

I have competed my CPT and completed 18 months of articleship.Now I want to get transfer of my articleship

Can anybody tell me what are the rules for transfer of articleship and where are they written ie in Prospectus/net, howmany times one can take transfer
