i am having my articleship under a c.a. in jaipur.i want to take transfer and join another c.a. in same city.Can i do so..?as it is in the same city..?

sure pallak!!u can take transfer and join any ca firm of ur wish irrespective of the fact that it is in the same city

Termination of articleship s allowed durin d first year of articleship without any restriction.Rest of period RESTRICTIONS will b applicable. If u have completed 1st year then u have to terminate on the medical ground to do in d same city.But re registration s allowed only after 3 months.
