Hi priya garg,

Yes these documents are more than enough to get the permission for seeking transfer based on the ground mentioned under regulation 56 (1) in case of transfer after first year of articleship.

Just for your reference form 109 is required to be submitted for taking transfer / termination, however before submission of the same institutes prior approval is required. To get this approval principals noc (mentioning the exact clause / ground on which transfer is sought) + an application from the article is required + a documentary evidence relevant as per the ground for transfer.

So in your case Principals NOC / Permission + Your own application + A rent deed would be required.

You can visit your nearest branch and submit the same and also ask them for any other procedure in this regard.
thanks sir

just guide me
that where I should send all these to kanpur
as I am from Rajasthan
or to Delhi
I suggest you call and ask coz generally hand delivery to your nearest regional centre is the best option.
sir should I send original rent agreement or photocopy
Just the photocopy. Also make sure you keep a copy of the entire set of documents for your reference in future. If you are going to submit it take an acknowledgement on the set too.
thanks sir
Whether your transfer is done. If yes can you please guide me what documents are to be send & at which address
