transfer of articles

 hey ICAI is not permitting transfer under medical grounds for all...my friends received letter of regret

some of my friends are telling that Articleship for PCC students is reduced from 3.5 years to 3 years is it true, is ICAI as given any notification regarding this. if you know plese tell me the date of such notification.

if you are not satisfied with the exposure you getting than you can go for secondment

after the transfer there is no effect on time period of articleship, it is affected if ur leave more then the allowed by the icai........................................................................................and

ICAI rules is like BRITISH GOVT. RULES....for self and there members only...................
