please help me out! its urgent!!!
i m a pcc student. i have given my papers and waiting for my result in january.i m undergoing articleship under a ca but i m not satisfied with the type of work. he has not told how to file a return even when i m going to enter my final course.i want to take transfer but intercity transfer is not allowed.so can anybody suggest me any way thru which i can take transfer that to in the same city??

Transfer in same city is possible if you take a break for a minimum of three months on medical grounds.
THERE IS NO SOLUTION AT PRESENT. TRANSFER IS AVAILABLE OUT OF CITY ONLY AND THAT ALSO IN FOLLOWING TWO CASES:
IT IS MOSTLY BELIEVED THAT THE SITUATION WILL CHANGE AFTER FEBRUARY 2010. SO ONE SHOULD WAIT FOR THE SAME.
IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TRANSFER YOU CAN TAKE TRANSFER EVEN IN INTER CITY
nobody can take transfer beyond rules made by institute..
it is misunderstanding among us that one time transfer is allowed. but there is no such rule in real

As problem of Garima put before me it seems to me that intercity transfer is not allowed as per Rules of ICAI what i suggest that she should give a reason which her Boss would feel genuine one and allow her for not to continue with them .Reason could be like shifting of home and just show or tell that it not possible to come/go daily to the same office as now far from my home and if your boss would ask to show the actual address i mean the new one then give your uncle or friend address.

Dear friend, Transfer within the city is not posible unless and otherwise you rest your training for three months on medical ground. Else there is an another possibilty that you can speak to your principal regarding mutual understanding and get yourself exposed in some other firm.
transfer is not easy at present you have to undergo a long procedure for that thatswhy i suggest you not take transfer right now
