Sir, I am in Second year of articleship. I am taking transfer from Kalyan, Maharashtra to Varanasi, UP as I am here in Kalyan with my Guardian and they are shifting to Pune city. So I have to shift to my parents place at Varanasi.
Will ICAI consider this a valid reason?
