does icai easily permit to get transfer in 2nd yr of articleship

1st of all, you need the signed transfer form from your principal. So you need to hard work for that . 2nd ICAI has provided certain grounds on the basis of which, you can take the transfer. 1. 1. Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Hospital). 2. Transfer of parent(s) to another city 3. Misconduct involving moral turpitude. 4. Other justifiable circumstances / reasons: -

my principal has no problem to sign the form 109.

and i want to take transfer on the grounds of my personal reason

now what will be icai do

and i am in the 13th month of my articleship

You should go on and deposit the form, there will be no problem in my opinion.
