Transfer in articleship

1st of all, you need the signed transfer form from your principal. So you need to hard work for that . 2nd ICAI has provided certain grounds on the basis of which, you can take the transfer. 1. 1. Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Hospital). 2. Transfer of parent(s) to another city 3. Misconduct involving moral turpitude. 4. Other justifiable circumstances / reasons: -

You should go on and deposit the form, there will be no problem in my opinion.
