Transfer Date Extended

the notification which came on 27th march has been removed from the site icai,org

d other announcements regarding the extention have disappeared to

yes all anouncements are gone now and all the amendments r cancelled .

i.e. amendment dated 15.04.2009 & 28.04.2009 are cancelled now .

moreover they r saying that they'll be rejecting those Form 109 which are not signed on or before 27.03.2009.

it means Form 109 signed after the date of 27.03.2009 will nt be accepted.

and by cancelling these amendments ICAI has taken a very very wrong step !

my form 109 is signed on the date 26march will they take my form since i have not submitted on 30th  april relying on the announcement of 28th april

^ sorry to say this but they'll nt accept ur form 109 now as last date of accepting was 30th april 09.

plz dnt rely totally on my reply go to ICAi and enquire about this to them...
