Guys..please help!!!..i am registered as an article in a small indian firm since Apr 09..but now i am getting an offer from e&y and i desperately need to go there..but im having troubles due to the strict transfer rules..does e&y accept articles on secondment??..can anybody help me and suggest me a way of getting a transfer??..please!!

Ya! Srivatsan is right........now only secondment can be used to change the firm......transfers are not allowed

I had initially joined in E&Y on secondment long back in 2007. However secondment under 1 firm is only for 6 months. After that you can join your last year as an industrial trainee, Institute permits that.
