hey guyz..hope sum1 wud solve my queries..

i applied to institute regarding transfer of articleship in month of dec-2009...initially, i got response stating that i was not permitted to take transfer..but all of a sudden, last month i receivd letter stating that i can take transfer..(after 6 months)

my question is while filling required form 109, wat wud should be my date of termination of articles??..is it dec 2009..

will the form be accepted as it is back-dated..a

also will be able to take transfer in same city i.e .mumbai in my case..

wen shud i register myself under a new firm, and wat dates shud i put in??

wud really like sumone to help me out..

Buddy a similar case was there in my firm too. The date f transfer should be the date mentioned on the letter u received from the institute. As regards new articleship, the 50 Km clause is applicable to all students pursuing training.The new date f articleship shall b the date from which u started wrking in the new firm.if u already have wrkd in the new firm u can give a copy of form 102 and a copy of attendance records along with wrk detail for continuance of articleship in the new firm from back date.
