yep u shoud sen d letter to president, hei u hav any proofs against ur employer........ if yes den aap band baja sakte ho...........

i was also suffrin in dese kinda probs..... b4......... but ICAI approved mah trsf. n didn't take any action against him.......... nw m gonna present sm proofs dt i collected........

unhe ICAI zarur consider karega....... i fully believe in regulations of ICAI.

ICAI s not against studen, they can not take actions against CAs coz student ke pass prooves nhi hote. orlake of prooves ka benefit employer ko mil jaata h........

Hey its a good news that u got transfer........... How stupid and horrible when people like them are behaving........... People talk much about being preoffesionalism?????? Hmm......... This s happening in many firms yer............ Only thing is in yr case it went to an extreme.......... Still female students face this problem what to do?? Anyways all the best dear...... If institute wanted that articleship should be taken seriously this type of action is necessary.

1. How could u convinse icai and proved that ur transfer request was valid on th grounds that ur CA was the guilty party and had "exploited" you? What sorts of proofs did u send?

I wrote a simple application to the institute mentioning my problem and dey approved it. I think application like dis is proof in itself becoz it took a lot of courage to do so. I clearly mentioned dat i will not be able to continue my Ca if have to work under him. and will go to any stage for the justice and my self respect.

This is all i did!!!!!!!!!!

m sourav from orissa, i hv completed my article ship of 2 years, during these two years, i faced the worst moment of my life. 

After readin dolly's case, i think i should also raise my voice, i am being exploited by my employer. He treats me as a servant, whenever he comes from tour, he use to call me wid sweet tone and ask me to come down to station to pick his luggage, then very day after tomorrow he behaves me as a rude person, he never teaches us the procedur to conduct audit, rather blames on me for mistakes, he use to ask me to do the jobs which an articl is not required to.

m afraid if i will ask him to give me transfer, or file a case in institute, he will start torchuring me at a greater pace than before, what should i do pls suggest me!!!
