i m in serious problem. i m working under a ridiculous CA who just know how to use the people. he tried to harrash me during the period of 1 years and i was trying to cope with the problem but situation got worst when last thrusday he misbehaved with me which crossed the limit and i decided to leave his firm what ever may happen.......... I sent the application to the institute regarding the transfer on the exploitation basis. I m not sure wht will be response of the institute. But in any case i m not able to join that office again. i m having my attempt in nov 2010. Just need the advise of you people wht should i do if the response of the institute comes negative!!!!!!!!!!!

I have got the justice as now i m got the approval from the institute with the assurance of action aganist my CA.
