Transfer amount from abroad
iam an NRI. i have 1cr in my abroad bank account.Is there any tax issue if I transfer the amount to sb account of my friend..?pls reply thanks in advance

There is restriction on resident Indians to borrow loan from NRI; by RBI under FEMA act.
Your friend needs to get permission from RBI to receive the money in his account.
