Is there any provision for transfer, if the CA is himself willing to give transfer to an Article. If both the article and the Principal are giving mutual consent for transfer.
pls let me know as I am in urgent need of transfer.

No, on MUTUAL CONSENT basis, transfer is never allowed... Though ur boss writes and gives permission.... So, its not at all possible.... for more details, visit
