Only secondment of articles is allowed if you want to undergo training under another CA in the same city. That too is only for max 1 year with the permission of ur principal. If u are in ur last year of articleship and completed PCC or PE-2 then u can opt for industrial training.

but some of my frins sayin 1 transfer is allowed and u can apply for it and thn institute will give conformation on wether u can apply for it or not
