me also heard abt the same and in the newsletter also it is interepreted that one time transfer is now allowed. But while asking the Institute officials about the same, they are saying that one time transfer is allowed only for those students who give application latest by 11th july.

So, the result is ICAI officials can't understand what they write.

Taking tarnsfer "once"... well, what if someone has taken 1 transfer before the new rule ( say in september 2008)... is that student allowed to take 1 transfer now?
