Transfer

see Tahseen  one of my friends are facing the same situation.he is having some health problems.the doctors advice states that it is better to leave the city.the health problem is mainly due to dust and pollution in the place.the present office where he is working is not favourable for his health condition.he also wants to take transfer on medical grounds.but the condition of the institute stating minimum 3 months dicontinuity from the course will delay his final exams by 6 months.he is in a state of dilemma.moreover, the principal is not willing to give a termination on a mutual consent basis.please help my friend if you come to know anything about this
