hey i want to take transfer in this month only..can anyone suggest me how to take it.........without parents transfer certificate but on some medical grounds....but not that specified by the institute......but can i come back after my PCC exam to delhi if i wish to.please suggest,....

as per the latest announcement dated 1st july,2009. you can take transfer if you want to do articleship from different city.
so i would suggest you take transfer on this basis & later on you can take transfer on the same basis back to your town.
