I THINK U SHOULD 2 MORE WEEKS THERE AND IF THE SITUATION REMAINS SAME, U SHOULD TAKE TRANSFER......
Because transfer is allowed in first year, so i think u should continue for 6 month and take some expirence, after that u should take transfer and luk for a gud firm. . . . . . .
yes you should take transffer
if you have not yet send form 103 than you should leave immediately. and see other good firm, by this you will loose only 2 weeks

As per Form 103 guidelines one can take transfer in 1st year itself WITHOUT restriction but with prior approval of ICAI...
