WELL NOW ME REALLY HAVE TO SUFFER TILL DEATH...ARENT THER ANY STEPS BEING THOUGHT/UNDERTAKEN BY ICAI FOR THIS RULE.

WELL I WANTED TO ASK IS THAT..- IF A STUDENT FROM  CHENNAI(HOME TOWN) HAD COME AND JOINED FIRM IN DELHI INITIALLY FROM HIS ARTICLE TENURE,AND HE ALONE STAYS HER AS HIS PARENTS ARE STAYING IN CHENNAI...THAN CAN HE NOW SAY ICAI THAT HE WANT TO TAKE TRANSFER BACK TO CHENNAI AS HIS PARENTS ARE THERE..

ICAI PERMITTS PARENTS TRANSFER CASE.

CAN THAT STUDENT FROM CHENNAI USE THIS CASE TO TAKE TRANSFER.

NEED SUGGESSTION..

I dont think the Institue will change this rule in the near future.

You can take a transfer to another city. But there should be a valid reason which should satisfy the Institute !!

will the case that i have specified be applicable to take transfer.

the case is also related to parents.

Yes since it seems like a genuine case you may be permitted to take the transfer !!

i hv the same case like SUBODH . doing article in delhi want to transfer now in my home city in UTTAR PARDESH 

IS THAT GENUINE REASON FOR TAKING TRANSFER

i am in jaipur with my parents but want to join any big firm in metro city so can i get transfer and if any genuin resion to get transfer as my father is a business man
