transactions in sb account
I have received a sum of 200000 from different people and sent 160000 to some others am I liable to pay tax on 40000 as income from other sources

The clarification of all the transactions, credits as well as debits, will be sought. You may be taxed for full amount of 2 lakhs provided not properly justified.
