Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether it's permissible to raise invoices for non-essential goods during a complete lockdown period, specifically referencing April 2020. While some suggest avoiding it to prevent litigation due to the nature of the goods, others point out that professionals were allowed to work from home, implying services could continue. There is no specific government circular clarifying this for goods, leading to differing opinions on the legality and best practice.

No.......... if it is not essential goods , then it's better to avoid to get into any litigation.
Any particular circular is available sir?
As per my suggestion you can raise invoice... Professionals were allowed to work from home..
I got a forward message that from 26-03 to 17-05 if any invoice is made then it will be treated as crime
