was u registered under old tax laws or its a new business?

new business started in September. there was delay in filing 3B of September and October so now i was trying to file it shows an " first file the trans1" i have already complained in GST poratil with screen shots but no reply also call in Gst portal they said that i have to wait till government open the trans1 facility in the GST portal.

YES THE ONLY OPTION IS LEFT TO WAIT FOR OPENING OF TRAN-1

Thank you sir for your time and help. sir do you have any information about time for when TRANS1 will open. and also I want to know that do i have to file TRANS1 though my business is new.
