Facing same problem. No DSC. Sent error message screenshot to help. But issue not resolved yet. Can't file GSTR 3B also as we have already submitted Tran 1.

many tran 1 showing wrong figures where receivable 

shows payable write to help desk and contact concern officer 

or ur area . issue may be sloved 

did u get resolved ur problem when u file tran 1 with dsc?
