Tran-i not filed (submitted only) unable to file gstr-3b

Sir,

I have submitted TRAN-1 but not filed by DSC in the last minute, Now option is disabled to file in TRAN-1. Subsequently I was unable to file GSTR-3B since December'2017 onwards. So plaese suggest me a solution for the above problem.

Tran 1 due date is over. Very limited chance of Government reopening the portal.
I suggest you file GSTR 3B to avoid late filing fee, interest and penalty.
