In one of the client while filling GSTR 3B of Dec-17, The error of Tran - 1 is shown, Please filed Tran-1, Actually Tran -1 was already filed succesfully, I have ARN No. also of the same, But now the Statues of the tran -1 is shown as Submitted ,Now i am not able to file Tran-1 because the date is over and also not 3B of December 2017, Any one is facing the same issue? please give your views.

Same Error
We have submitted GSTR 3-B for December 2017. Today while filing with DSC, a message appeared in screen that we have submitted Tran-1 but not filed and so first file Tran-1 and then file GSTR 3-B.
Now only we came to know that we have SUBMITTED Tran-1 but not filed the same using DSC.
When we tried to file Tran-1 under Transititional Forms, it is messaged that time limit lapsed.
We are not able to file GRTR 3B and Tran-1 also
We request you to help us to file the returns.

This is portal technical issue... raise the complain on below mentioned website, if raised the compalin through call or mail on helpdesk than it's better you should raise the complain again on self service portal. I have seen more effective resolution is provided when compalin is raise through self service portal.

I have raised complain on self service portal as well as called several times. there is no solution so far. Attendants are giving vague and uncertain answers

When this error will solved. Late filing and penalty per day is calculated day by day.pls solve.
We are also facing same problem of unable to file GSTR 3B return from July 17 due to TRAN 1 submitted but not filed.
We intimate this issue to concern of sales tax office/customer care/self help portal lot of times but yet no solution receive from anyone., Now tried & worried what to do next because we may incur huge late fees/penality if I file it later for no mistake of mine. It`s system/technical related problem.
