The due date for TRANS 1 is extended till 31/03/2019. So now electronically you can file TRANS 1.
is the extension is generally to all or only cases of glitches
Those who have submitted but could not able to file due to Non function of Portal .
It is for everyone, except those who have already filed.

ITS CLEARLY MENTION UNDER S.NO.2(A) , WHO COULD NOT FILE DUE TO DUE TO TECHINCAL DIFFUCLTIES OF PORTAL
