Yes you can file it with late fees .....
Tran 1 filing option till opened?, time limit is over or not?
Last date was 27 Dec 2017 for filing TRAN-1
it has to reopen. GST council can't deny the genuine eligible under GST law by restricting time limits. also there were technical error at the time of filing Tran1 return where records were processed with error and not been saved
