We have some old stock(purchased before GST regime) which was purchased inter state @ 2%. So do we have to fill the tran-1 form or not ? (if yes than how ?) Also, do we have to fill any form for the old stock to be shown(purchased before GST regime) ?

I think through Tran-1 you can take credit of stock laying on 31st June and you had paid tax on it by way of VAT or excise

normally cst paid is not allowed as credit in previous regime i.e. VAT regime hance it's not reflect as credit in ur vat Return Of June, so in July you can not carry forward that credit through Tran-1
ok.so no tran-1.also do we have to fill the old stock details anywhere in any form ??
no there is no requirement of specifically declare old stock except when you file Tran-1 (if applicable)
