If I have excise duty credit but no VAT credit then I have to fill the details of C/F forms recieved/pending in TRAN-1..??

Yes you have to fill the details of form c/f in form trans 1 to avail the credit of your excise

One more question..if I have no ITC to be carried forward but having excise paying document then also I have to file the details of C/F form..??
