i just want to obtain a trademark for the product we sell. kindly tell me what is the procedure of obtaining it and also FEES & DURATION it will take and the DOCUMENTS i need to submit.

You have to submit the form TM-1 to the Trademark office registrar with a DD of Rs.3500 along with the ID proof and Business proof. It takes around 15 days (depends on case to case)
do we require to attach any document with form TM-1???
