This is urgent and would really appreciate any help.
If I want to register the name of my partnership firm with the Registrar of Trademarks, can I apply for it in the name of my partnership firm, or will it be in the name of the partners only.
Also, in the documents to be attached, does the partnership deed or any previous documents showing the alteration in the partnership pattern to be attached??
and if I am not going through a trademark Agent, will I still have to fiela power of attroney? and in whose name? the partners' ??
