I joined my Articleship in Sept 2007 after passing PE 2 exam for 3 years articleship. I am registered under the old course of CA Final. How much total leave I am allowed to take?
Some say it is 1/6, others say it is 1/7 and some others say it is 1/8?
So is it 182 days or 156 days or 137 days?

According to CA institute we can take 42 holidays in a year. It means that we can take total 136 holidays during our articleship period.
this still isnt too clear.. could u kindly send a link to the homepage where i could find this information on the website of our institute..kindly do so incase this has been notified by the institute.

m gonna appear for my PCC xam dis June....can any one tell me as to how much leave m allowed...i hv already taken 4 months of leave including 1 month leave due to medical reasons...
actually leave allowed is 1/6 of the actual period served after deduction of total leaves availed (excluding sundays & prescribed holidays)
Total leave of 48 days in a yr is allowed by the institute.
