What will be the total fine amount if I missed to file GST NIL from November 2017 - June 2018.

U need to use excel for this... As of now penalty is 20rs per nil return

If I cancel my GST registration do I have to pay the late fee?

is there any settlement options.

Yes Sir...
Before Cancelling/Surrendering your Registration, you have to clear all your dues with the GSTN...

You can't cancel the registration until you file returns and clear your liabilities.

Please note, last date of filing GSTR 3B for the month of April, 2018 was 22.05.2018 (Extended)
