Total cost of formation of llp?

If contribution is Rs 1.00.000 then following is the fee schedule:

Form 1 - Rs 200

Form 2 - Rs 500

Form 3 - Rs 50

Form 4 - Rs 50

Form 7 - 100 per partner

Therefore, total cost would be Rs 1ooo in case of two Designated Partners respectively.

What if the captial/contribution is 8 Crores and there are 4 designated partners? Which forms have to be filed and what is the fees? And does amount of capital/contribution even matter once it is greater than 10 lacs in relation to form fees?
