can anyone suggest something
U are capable of clearing IPCC but may not taking it serious or may be u r lacking somewhere see ur last attempts keenly u would know where there is a mistake . Then U can certainly achieve (CA)it. GO AHEAD.... Best of luck hope my answer might help u

First of all, you are not alone. Many students face the same problem. Since you are giving exams regularly so it shows that you are commited to the goal and not giving up, and that's a very good thing.

but the plm I am now working in TCS and I cannot leave my job due to financial instability
hence it is now much difficult for me to pursue the course. still I am very much dedicated to this. Can you all pls suggest
if u have utmost dedication u can clear ca because CA is not about talent it's all about dedication and hardwork
