I have received tokan for sale of house ,21000/- i given written paper mentioning tokan amount and future payment terms with amount,he didn't given money as per payment term so i called him and informed him that deal is cancelled and collect your tokan he still not came after one week
is there any lawful risk ? and what are other ways to give his tokan back?
