Hi,
In the service tax questions,the amounts given are inclusive of service tax?or service tax paid seperately?
separately but largely based upon your assumption.......
hmmm....i gave a note saying it is assumed that it is inclusive of service tax and then deducted ST paid from the amounts given.Hope it works

What will be the answer of question 1 (d) and of enhanced compensation..please reply fast

1d- Rs.150000
Enhance compensation interest- income from other sources-Rs.2,50,000
And..legal expenses wouldn't be subtraced...I have subtracted legal expense and the deducted 50% of net amount...Am i true.what no out of 4 will i obtain?
