Today is the last day for filing return!!! 31st JULY

Not exactly, but you can file the return upto 31st March 2009, or till assessment is over, which ever is earlier...

if your income is under the limits of taxation and no person has deducted  any tax on your name  and you have no lossess to set of the you can file the return untill the 2 p.y's or else

u r due date of filing return is 31-07-08 itself

In case of company, persons whose accounts are required to be audited under the Income Tax Act or under any other law, the due date for filing the Return of Income is 30th Sep 2008.

FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH TAX AUDIT AND FOR COMPANIES 31  SEPT

AND AT LAST TILL COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT YEAR WITH INTEREST 234A/B/C

We have just sent the last set of returns for filing.........was a very busy month

If there is any possibility that return filling date will be get extended.

I have not been able to issue TDS Certificate. Unable to fulfil the 85% crateria.
