tobacco dealers can sell to composition dealers
my client is under composition scheme for grocery items, farsan,tobacco products but his tobacco dealer is not selling him goods as he told him that he is in composition so I can't sell you we have to sell on regular dealers. as per my knowledge there is no rules for selling by tobacco dealers for sell to only regular dealers . pl. is there any rule ?

no such rule, which binds a normal dealer from supply of goods to composition dealer.
