To My Teachers
Reminisce the time
When my mother parted me from
Her comfy lap
She showed me out to the
Abode of knowledge
And wisdom
My School!
There I met many loving and
Affectionate faces
Full of erudition and intellect
They gradually opened the pages
Of my blank conscience
And wrote there
"In the name of Almighty"
This was my first lesson
Ever since my wisdom thrived
They told me that
How love can play wonders and win hearts
And how knowledge synchronizes with
One's ' will power'
And.. how soul can overwhelm, one's body.

And rationalize,
Sparkle of their eyes enlightened my mind
Smile of their faces made me infer
The secrets of grace and humility.
Their 'appreciation' instilled in me
Confidence and self-belief.
