To file itr to start company

Dear Raj Singh Ji as the income tax department is now totally computerised ,I doubt that it will be possible to file the income Tax Returns in back date, further if you want to file the returns electronically , maximum 2 years return i.e. Fy 2011-12 and 2012-13 can be filed ....
