To claim relief U/s 89 its mandatory to file last 3 year ITR?
To claim relief under section 89 we need to file previous year return ?and 87a relief is available while calculating previous year income

Previous returns should be filed
Filing of return was necessary in respective years if your income crossed the threshold limit then.
What about the 87a rebate is applicable while calculating of tax ?
