to claim CGST, SGST ot IGST on foreign client
sir, we provided service to Foreign ship owner who don't have office and GST number in India, we wanted to raise a bill in Indian rupees under agency fees, so we have to collect CGST,SGST or IGST, please clarify

as u r providing service to a foreign client u have to pay igst under reverse charge
please explain nature of service to determine place of supply of service
